We also have Flint (a Green Cheeked Conure), Angel (a Spanish Timbrado Canary), Marilyn and Pogo (Bourke Parakeets) and lots of regular ‘keets.

Thank you: -) After so many years, it’s tough coming up with pet names. 😆 We sound like lushes, but usually just stick with beer. 😉 Martini and Champagne are sisters and my sister has their brother Guinness. When the family that adopted the fourth kitten heard our names, they named her Jager. 😆

Sure, Leigha, but I bet you would hate NJ after living in CA….no matter how many cats I have. 😆 I guess your parents don’t share your enthusiasm? Don’t feel bad…my Mom doesn’t understand why we have so many pets. She thinks I have issues. 😆 🙄

Foxfeather Sam looks almost exactly like my girl Void (aka Stinky and Baby dog.) They are almost identical right down to the white patch on the chest. I’ve seen several dogs like them. I always thought that Void was a mix of Lab and Greyhound or Whippet because she’s very flexible and fast. Is that similar to Sam?
Sam is 1/2 Black Lab, 1/4 German Shepard and 1/4 blue heeler. You can kinda see the tan of the sheppard in a couple of the other pics under his black fur and he has a whitish fur on the backs of his hind legs. He’s very fast, he’s raced/played chase with a couple of greyhounds at the dog park, and never seems to quit! When he gets back from one walk he’s trying to beg another from someone else and he loves to play ball and tug rope. He’s also very athletic, he stand on his hind legs to see over fences, can climb chainlink fences, is an expert digger and almost caught a magpie when it swooped down to taunt him and he jumped! He was neglected and abused for the first 1 1/2 of his life so has been left wih a few quirks, but we love him anyway. Dad says you never throw away a kid or a pet just cause they are not perfect!
