Here are ours:
Casper T. Cat, he is 12 or 13
Ruffian, also 12
Tonka, who is 10
And Joey, who is for now residing with us, he may be going back to his original owners, if they can get their landlord to approve him, if not then he will stay with us, he is 8 months:
November 24, 2007 at 3:50 am #638926Oh you asked for it Blackdesertwind! 😆
Khu, my bronzewing pionus:
She loves her basket
And she is Serious Business.
She is the closest I’ll have to a child! I loves my Khu.
This is Gorbash. He’s a Maximillian’s pionus.
He is Slow and Thoughtful all of the time.
This is Dixie, she’s a white bellied Caique. She’s not mine- I’m only her foster mother for a while until her owner can take her back. She is on Speed all of the time… No, I’m serious. I can’t leave her alone for a minute or she’d jump off the cage, run across the room, destroy everything she touches and stick her tongue in the electrical outlet in less than 30 seconds flat, I’m sure.
Don’t ever get a caique unless you enjoy an animal with ADHD, loud as a car alarm, faster than you and small enough to squeeze into impossible places!!

My art: featherdust.comNovember 24, 2007 at 4:37 am #638927Your Dixie looks just like my little featherhead. I’ll have to get some pics up some day. I think you were a bit generous in your description though. I have no idea how something that looks so sweet can be so destructive. Must be demonic possession. How do you keep your little demon away from your windstones?
November 24, 2007 at 4:43 am #638928oh my god it’s so cute! LOVE the colors lol she sounds like a lot of fun 😛
November 24, 2007 at 4:52 am #638929Your pictures of the Caique remind me of JVargas’ Caique “Featherhead” I believe he was found / rescued….
Here he is:
November 24, 2007 at 6:38 am #638930We only have a dog. This is Samuel (Sammy) Sammerson. Who also responds to Sad Eye Sam (cowboy name), Sammy Speedbump and El Doggo 😀 He’s a resuce dog and will be 4 tomorrow!
He’s claimed the beds when we’re not in them
Dad and Sam – best buddies. And Dad has an odd sense of humor
A close up of his eye and fur in the sunlight
And this is my sister’s dog Joy, aka Fruitfly cause she has the attention span of a fruitfly, meaning none.. She’ll be a year in the first part of december and thinks she’s a lap dog.
November 24, 2007 at 9:00 am #638931I had to hit post reply just so I could get away from the first page. The pic loading was taking forever. I will post pics later. 🙂

All my Windstones are packed up right now for a move, but I have my birds in their own room. Yes, a dedicated room, I know I’m nuts! But, even then I have to be careful because she’s so darn fast, she can get ANYWHERE she wants to be within seconds! Caiques are sweet, loving, loud, noisy, MESSY, crazy little things aren’t they?? I go from loving her to wanting to throw her out the window (I never would!) like 10 times a day!!

November 24, 2007 at 10:33 pm #638934Dixie Rose (usually just Dixie) our 8 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She’s had cateracts since she was a year and a half old, but you’d never know watching her that she was practically blind. She’s a real sweet-heart.
And Rebel, our 2 year old Sheltie. He’s a genius, but also a total dork. He can learn anything, but he’s scared of his own shadow and he does silly things all the time.
Rebel showing off his true nature:
November 25, 2007 at 8:35 am #638935LOL Shelties are GREAT! I want one!!! My mother had one and she was GREAT! A snap to train but she was a dork too! LOL I know what ya mean! LOL 😛 Do the fake throw and she would look around and I sware I could see the large “?” over her head! 🙂
November 25, 2007 at 4:18 pm #638936My Beagle, Dice:
Dwarf rabbit, Toni:
And Loki, my Mini Lop who just passed away two days ago 😥 But it’s too soon for me to cut her from my family pet photos:
November 25, 2007 at 4:48 pm #638937Sorry for your loss, Lokie. Loki looked like a sweet bunny.

Foxfeather Sam looks almost exactly like my girl Void (aka Stinky and Baby dog.) They are almost identical right down to the white patch on the chest. I’ve seen several dogs like them. I always thought that Void was a mix of Lab and Greyhound or Whippet because she’s very flexible and fast. Is that similar to Sam?
