I caught my hair on fire today…..does that count?
Ok…..so I’m putting a thin layer of clear coat over the refined moonshell. Plaster is very porous…and it helps the release spray I use for moldmaking. Then, I’m using my hairdryer to “heat treat” the clearcoat. I lean over..and normally my hair is really short..but I’ve been letting it grow out, for the first time in 4 years. Yeah….my hair gets sucked into the back of the hairdryer and catches on fire. I cant believe I caught my hair on fire. My first thought was “OH SH!T” as I’m turning off the hairdryer. At the same time I’m taking my other hand and quickly closing it over the sizzling hair…smothering the fire..thank god. I’m going to bed now…I’ve had enough of today. I now have a …stubby…lock of hair on one side.

I’ve burned my hair before. I have it usually really long so occasionally, it gets sucked into the hair dryer. Smells horrible. 🙄
this was a first for me…when I had long hair..before it was all cut off, I was really careful. But I’ve gotten so used to short hair that it caught me off guard…and scared me pretty thoroughly..I doubt I’ll forget again. 😆
headaches, aching backs, ripped out lungs, bumped funny bones, burned hair, broken nails, stubbed toes….we need a lot of Windstones!!! 😯 😆

of course you should get one… although I think we all need one after that… cause burning hair is stinky… 😯
