Hi Folks,
Please be patient with Susie and the Windstone folks the next couple of days! They have something of a perfect storm on the order front. Several people who normally help pack and ship are out with the flu, plus Susie is still working through all the requests to convert orders from USPS to UPS shipping.
In addition to all that – most of the orders from last week are for PYOs which means Susie has to go pull the gems/eyes for each order instead of just boxing them and sending them out!
She’ll be working through things as quickly as she can and hopefully people will get de-sickified soon and be back in to lend a hand.
In the mean time – we apologize for any delays and orders will be shipping as fast as possible!

I am really bogged down in the order shipping department! Not only because there are a lot of orders to fill all at once and because we had the UPS issue on the website while people were ordering last week, but because today the Post Office connection to Paypal wasn’t working right – making it difficult to generate labels for the boxes. I hope it works better tomorrow! (our post man does not hope it works better – we are going to FILL up his little truck!)
If you placed an order and have not yet received a status email that says “processing” it means that I haven’t got your order ready to ship yet. The status of “processing” means its somewhere between having been printed out and having been boxed – there is a large pile of orders for PYO’s that need to have eyes collected for them. If you’ve received a “completed” status email, it means your order has shipped out. I apologize for the unusual delay.
