That’s probably the best way to deal with it.
Where is Griffiness? I figured she’d be all over these, since she’s in the UK too.

Oy vey…my mother sent me two heavy boxes from the US to Switzerland (where everything is double the price) and it was less than that.
good luckMay 19, 2008 at 10:49 am #694534Who did she use??????? By Sea or Air? and how long did it take?

Well she had it sent by regular mail(US Postal Service-Priority), it took a week (5 business days) although if the big dragons are double boxed, I can see how the size would change things a lot
May 19, 2008 at 5:45 pm #694536But he is overseas he can’t send us postal service to those of us in the US. We can send that way to them but not them to us (I don’t think..?)

I know, but I thought maybe the regular post in the UK might have something similar
Just out of curiosity, what is the cost of postage to Switzerland?
May 20, 2008 at 10:01 am #694538we do have a similar service with the royal mail but the prices are insane, even the small stuff would be about £50 ($100) the bigger stuff goes off volumetric weight so size is everything.
May 20, 2008 at 5:06 pm #694539sending you an email, SRK…
May 20, 2008 at 11:28 pm #694540I realise that because I am in the UK shipping for these items is not an issue for me , for once I am on the right side of the pond 😆 . That said the items that arrived via next day delivery were stunning . ALL came in their original boxes & ALL were in excellent condition .
May 21, 2008 at 12:24 am #694541Huh. I’ve seen that you’ve had ‘current’ offers up for a while now. When exactly is the ‘taking offers’ period going to be over? Or is it over already? Since sapphire got hers. o_O
May 21, 2008 at 12:43 am #694542I was wondering the same thing ^ ^ ^
May 21, 2008 at 9:20 am #694543I will be replying to people over the next couple of days, as each case is individual and the postage and item tally different for everyone it is a long slow process 🙁 as Sapphire is in the UK she was the first i reponded to as it was nice and easy to sort out and send out with our normal delivery service we use everyday. I tried to get a price from them for the States but were far too pricy.
May 23, 2008 at 7:18 pm #694544Hi SR_UK, just bumping the thread.
I also e-mailed you with some inquiries regarding a couple of your items.
