Are amphipods like seed shrimp? Seed shrimp are one of my favorite pets. I don’t have them now, but I kept a thriving colony of them for about ten years. They are really cute.
I am seriously considering doing a pillbug or isopod of some kind. Just for myself.

I have several pebbles with eyes around here. Some have tails and legs too. I made some into real pebble cats. I need to give them whiskers.

Seed shrimp are ostracods.. I’ve never had any of them, they are cute!

Here are some amphipods! Their common name is “Scuds”. They look like tiny shrimp but they’re a bit different. I have a shrimp tank full of them and they are very entertaining because they sort of swim and bump into stuff and roll along the bottom. Totally beneficial little guys. If you ever want some let me know! They are very good at reproducing…
