eaglefeather-yes, they are a collector’s item in a big way. There are two whole forums, twice the size of this one, or more, devoted to MLP ( http://www.mlparena.com and http://www.mlptp.net) The average pony, in good shape, can sell anywhere from $2-$5, and they go up in price depending on rarity. There’s one in particular that was only made as a mail order offer for one month…I’ve seen her fetch $500 😮

Some people go crazy over all the thousands of little accessories too…all the brushes and combs and tiny princess crows and even baby toys for baby ponies. I’ve heard of folks asking $15 or so for a little 1/4 inch long piece of plastic-and getting it! (On the other hand, Im sure we’ve all seen rocks, smaller than 1/4 inch go for $10,000 {diamonds}) so to each their own 😀
Pony collecting is really fun, however, some of the collectors can be super catty. Windstone folks are still the best in my book 😉
