Well, then take a break. Do some breathing exercises to calm yourself down. Meditate, take a walk. Do relaxing things. Then look at it calmly. Itβs only a piece of paper (or a computer screen). It canβt hurt you. Take it a piece at a time.
That has seemed to help for me.
