For anyone who is interested – the WorthPoint site has photographs and text from past ebay auctions. There are both auctions by Windstone (lots of pretty test paints) and auctions by other people. Most of the Windstone ones are 2007-2008 but there are some later items as well.

You can search for specific things like “Windstone copper” or Windstone Labradorite”, or you can try a more general search.

These are the results that I got for “Windstone paint”. It brought up about 1000 auctions.

P.S. For some reason most of the test paints are on the later pages.

          Thank you, Etruscan!

I found this guy especially noteworthy, given the recent tiger bantams.

I never knew there was another castle made for Windstone! https://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/windstone-mystery-castle-4-prototype

The castles are just so pretty to me. I love their little details.

I love the castles too! I thought there were only 2 I was missing…..Now it looks like there is another one. Although two of them I doubt I would be able to find within my price range. 😛 But fingers crossed….maybe! 🙂 I love seeing the older pieces. It’s fun.
