Good Luck, Nam! Hope you get it!
July 11, 2007 at 11:53 am #598278Btw, I’m sorry you have to sell your Windstones, Cheryl. You will have more if these are gone, right?
July 11, 2007 at 12:52 pm #598279Ermm, ya- I will not, by any far cry of the word be Windstoneless. I still have almost all my family of white, all the white unicorns, a black gold family, a gold family, griffins and chicks…I won’t be doing without Windstones- no thank you!
July 11, 2007 at 1:09 pm #598280The flame curlies with the orange eyes is just so sweet. I think i prefer the orange to the red 😀 Let us know what you get for them 8)

Flame/Red Flame = Russet curlie. They are the same just different ways to identify them.
Indeed. The Russet is the same as red flame when it comes to the curlies. Melody changed their name from russet because the Factory uses a paint called ‘Russet’ and it is NOT a color used on the curlies. So they didn’t confuse the painters, she changed the name. 🙂

Windstone recently released a Violet Flame curled dragon. According to Melody the first batch of them is very similar to the now “retired” flame/red flame/russet curled dragon with the orange eyes.
She has also said that future batches wouldn’t be so heavy on the red.
Also recently released is the Violet Flame Fledgling.
Both items are currently sold out at Windstone’s online store.
July 11, 2007 at 2:15 pm #598284oooooooooohhhhh—-Wowwwww!! Another must have fledgling at some time in the future.

Then I thank you a bajillion times for deciding to sell your scratcher. I’m not sure you realise how happy I’ll be if we get him!

Good luck to you. I hope you get him!
July 12, 2007 at 1:17 pm #598287Aw, someone outbid me on the white mama. 🙁 I dunno. I just can’t bring myself to offer the cost of a big LP OW for a little coiled dragon the size of my hand.
July 12, 2007 at 1:42 pm #598288Just imagine me, in the future if I ever decide I really miss her and want to replace her I’ll have to pay more to get another one.
July 12, 2007 at 7:34 pm #598289I just noticed something. Are the metallic markings on your curled mother silver? Or is it a trick of the light?
Edit:
I just looked at a few more. Were they all the white coiled dragons done with silver markings? Can anyone that has one tell? 🙂

July 12, 2007 at 7:42 pm #598291Here’s a photo of kesche’s two coiled white dragons..

They both look like they’ve got silver markings, but the curled dragon (little guy) has gold. How funny!
