I honestly think there needs to be some consistency with where new items are going to be posted. I am fairly new to the site so i just went to the main page where I bought the male black and white griffin. I didn’t even think to look at the griffin page.

True true. I don’t know what the coding looks like to the page, but I know on many pages (never done a webstore, so I admittedly don’t know if it goes for the code used or not – php?), but you can make several updates and upload them all at once (ie, add more than one item to a page, update multiple pages, etc.) before uploading the updated pages to a live site.
I know things are crazy at the factory with the move as well and many people are pulling double and triple duty. If it’s any consolation, there will be more griffin males, females, and chicks after the move is completed. 🙂 Things probably won’t be AS hectic there either once everything is back up and running. Moving business complicates things.
I don’t think that they put them on the front page if they don’t have pictures yet.
I guess I’m way too late to be asking if anyone has an extra of any of them?

Please understand that when Windstone set up the Webstore, they had no idea that items would be … hmm, how do I put this? They had no idea that people would race to get items. This type of selling has only started happening in the last 6 months – a year. This is 100% new territory to us all. Windstone has only had a web presence for a little under three years now, and the online store is even younger than that. 🙂
Added that they are very understaffed and very overly busy with the move right now and things are a little inconsistent.
They will be doing their best to come up with a better system once they are settled. 🙂
And in closing, Melody said there will be more once they get settled.

🙄 That would be us forum members 😉I kept checking the site all day long. I finally read the post that the chicks were all gone and that is when I discovered they’d been listed under griffins and not on the first page. I was able to grap one of the last mothers, though. I was pretty upset, but I’m sure they’ll turn up on eBay in a few days.

It’s entirely possible no one had time to take a photo. Melody said that these griffins were the last LE things they have before they finish moving…. I’m betting they had to list them now or not at all.
