That would be Susan the Feather Picker. She’s evil! And I’m so tired of naked birds charging around the yard . . . the neighbors probably think our flock has some horrible disease. She is a Dragon and has wings so she will fly away. I’d have to figure out some way to try and catch her. I do not think I will EVER be able to afford another one and may have to sell 1 of the ones I have at present.
Right now keeping my house and trying to get another car are more important to life.
I got the Police report and they have all the facts twisted and are trying to say the accident was my fault. If what they wrote happened it would be my fault but everything is in correct. I hope I finally got all the paperwrok in line to get the financing to get the car I found. They said they sold the car I test drove, 2007 Toyota Corolla with 38,000 miles but got a 2004 Honda Civic with 24,000 in over the weekend that I can get for the same price and terms. They still have to get it thru all the inspections and I should be abel to pick it up Saturday. It was just an extra car for the family that traded it in
Let’s see… with that exact trebuchet in that picture, we’ve hucked pieces of firewood of similar weight and size as the secret keeper.
The net result?
One fence splintered to smithereens, several huge divets in the sheep-field, and a truly spectacular fragmenting effect on the wood.
In other words… trying to catch such a projectile is not reccomended. If a piece of wood would mash a fence to bits, a secret keeper would put a rather huge dent in anything is smashed into, and I am sure make a rather spectacular effect if it exploded upon impact, and would most certainly kill anything it happened to smack into. That’s 32 pounds of solid gypsum being hurled with force with all the acceleration and gravitational stuff added in… and I can assure you, they sink like rocks when put in water (seeing as how all these sculptures are is ground up rock, anyway).
I can’t wait to try. Neither can Melody, incidentally.

I keep getting the run around. Every day I’m talking to a new person. They finally got the approval for financing and I got a call today that the insurance company got approval to cut and send a check for the amount they are paying and I turned in all the papwerwork for the Gap insurance yesterday. I hope to have the car stuff done by the end of the week
