Odd Ball Packing Material

We are experiencing a Foo Foo (that’s Bridget’s Grandmother’s name for packing peanuts) shortage while our supplier moves to a new location and hasn’t got their machine set up. We are conserving the Foo Foos we have by using up various scrap pieces of foam and clean recycled packing materials from incoming material orders. While we do this, you might get some fun foam scraps in your order! I have given some foam chunks away to be used as beds for dolls. What fun new use do you have for yours? Please share pictures if you come up with something good!

Why not use recycled materials beyond this temporary shortage?

I have no photos but I do use clean foam and other clean packing material to make Cat Kicker Toys.

We do use recycled packing materials on a regular basis! But we don’t get that much in and while we’ve been using lots of it, it disappears quickly. We are happy to have received some more of our starch foo foos today. Packing goes a lot faster using them.
