November Raffle Poem

Hi Everyone! 😀
I wanted to try and do something a little different for my November Raffle Poem, and I’ve always been fascinated by Haiku and needing to nail down the poem’s emotion and/or descriptions within a few words with a strict syllable count of 5/7/5 …. so my November Raffle poem is a collection of Haikus – I hope you enjoy it!

November Raffle – A Haiku Collection:

Wonderful Windstones…
Monthly forecast inquiry
for hopeful Treasures!

Lucky Raffle Treat!
What sings to you? To me? Us?
Lovelies overflow…

Fierce eyes burning bright!
Sleek scales. Graceful. Glorious…
Dragon or Ki-Rin?

Koi Fish ripple ponds,
Lily pads. Splendid blues, greens…
Mama Unicorn?

Mischievous stone stares…
Gargoyle roaring? Peeking eyes?
Protecting bookends?

A drop in time – Plunk!
Smooth graceful lines curve and dip…
Pebbles! Wolf? Fox? Cat?

Autumn leaves blowing…
Fall Winds rustling in colors
on brilliant Poad backs?

Pegasus Baby?
Fantasy patterns erupt!
Melody Creates!

Anticipation!
Our desires? Melody knows!

I couldn’t wait to post my poem – I finished it this morning! This was a treat to write and I hope that everyone who enters has Good Luck! 😀

Great! Maybe this will get me to dig up something early this month!
I always try. We’ve got “raffle carts ” loaded with possible prizes, but since they are all “rescues” they each will have some small thing that needs fixing… so I put it off till I have time, and then -zap- it’s the end of the month!
