If they are paying you they want you to work I can see that but as long as the job gets done why not let your employees keep some sanity
😯 are you guys kidding???? if I wanted to take internet break at work they would send me to an asylum, internet at work in Iceland is merely used to work, and the people who use that are merely so called pen pushers,
my working computer has a phenomenon called “the blue screen of death” so If I need to get to the attendance site for the school I need to use a public school computer, they are all monitored and all entertainment sites are banned (allowed to take one peek each month) and as a dental technitian I only see instruments, gypsum, spring wires and acrylic substances, so no internet for me

naah I actually like working (with the occational break to prepare gigs) my friends say that I am an impossible workaholic, impossible because I seeem to be impossible to work with for some people, I really am not an agressive person but I can get crossed and, one job actually ended in one argument that ended with my former boss hitting me,
nope as a dental tecnitian, one of like 93 in iceland, I need to have work potential, and suing former employers isn’t good for anyone in such a small community, but I made sure that no one educated in iceland will work for him, nor one other of my former employers, who tried to get me to sign a contract, that said that he controlled my hours ( one hour of work tomorrow, two the day after that 10 the day after that and so forth and so forh) if I got pregnant, he could fire me the movement I told him and had no right of coming back to work after pregnancy, I would sign up in a different union, whitch would strip me of my rights as a dental technitian
