Those are really lovely, I look forward to seeing the okapi completed. Suggestion: brown antiquing for the mane and tail. Mask off the other white areas first though!
Just a suggestion, or you could dry brush the mane and tail with a nice light brown, but I think the antiquing would look nicer. Just my .02

Yes, I agree. Some sort of golden colored crystal will look perfect with the palomino coloring of the unicorn… and would be beautiful against the white mane and tail. A yellow topaz or citrine color would be your best bet IMO.
Great job painting them both though. I especially like the Okapi. Such wonderful details so far on her… and can only get better. I can tell that you really put a lot of time and care into them. 🙂
