I should have him/her done by Friday…I’m looking forward to seeing him all done, sealed and his eyes back in. If the horn looks dull to you, it is because it has latex over it.

Okay, she’s all done. Only snafu I have now is that Karli, my darling 2 year old daughter got into my art room and snagged the eyes, I found one, but the other is MIA. So I’m going to have to ask Susie for a replacement. Oy!

Anyway, the wings reflect interesting colors in the light, but if you look at her straight on with a light background all you see are the reds and golds in the wing, if you tilt you get the green and some purple…kinda neat overall. Of course I took a picture with a black background, what am I thinking! LOL!

I really think that the kirin sculpt really works with wings, there is all that space on the sides that call out to be filled. LOL!

I want to get some feathery wings one of these days.
