That’s the second time I’ve lost my jaw on the floor over a PYO. Good lord, between this and MachineGuts’ work, I’m gonna look like the Mummy…. 😉

This is my part of a long overdue trade with Setsunawolf, who has been gloriously patient with me!

She wanted me to surprise her with a griffin based on a duck(s) so I chose one of the most beautiful; a Mandarin Duck drake!
So this griffin is based on a mandarin duck. Plug them into google if you’ve never seen one before… it’s worth it!

The Pheasant’s tail is wonderful and I want to pinch it’s cheeks! And I love the markings on the kitty half of the griffin 🙂

Finally got photos of this pretty lady!

A Labradorite themed Phoenix, to go with all the other Labradorite things I’ve done. I put a pretty faceted labradorite gem in her claw, and finished her accents with silver paint. Her stone perch is based on rough sodalite. She’s very pretty with subtle colors in person! This and the phoenix from page 1 will be on their way to the Factory and Ebay soon!
