Awww. She’s sweet! Please share more pictures when she unfolds! Arabs are my favorites, but I switched to ponies after my last one almost killed me. Too old for Arabs! 😆
It’s hard to tell her color, but since she was born so dark, I think she’ll gray. I’ve heard the homozygous greys grey faster than the greys with just one gene. I don’t know if that’s true or not. I can forsee a future where they figure out how to stop the leaching of the colors from the grey gene so people can stop the greying process when the horse gets to a shade of grey they like 😀
I love greys as well, unfortunately, I don’t care for whites! :shrug:I have added new photos of Misty, taken this afternoon. She was out with her mom and some future herdmates, including her 3 year old half sister. She is 1 week old tomorrow, and has unfolded quite nicely! 8) I’m still not 100% sure that she’ll eventually go gray, but only time will tell. 😉 http://s576.photobucket.com/albums/ss206/tasgrs/
