Oh definately, all my friends just love them! π
June 30, 2007 at 4:55 pm #592981In the terms of normal people – not fanatical colelctors like us – is $60 a lot for a sculpture that size? In general, I mean. I’m used to things being expensive, so I’m just wondering if $60 would be a lot at first glance for one of those.
June 30, 2007 at 4:58 pm #592982Well, I’m not a good one to judge either, but I think it might be. Pocket Dragons are that size or a bit larger and most of them were a lot cheaper, not that I’m trying to compare Windstone and Pocket Dragons. They’re in two different categories. π
June 30, 2007 at 4:59 pm #592983That’s for sure. Oh well. It’s a pity Windstone couldn’t sell more of the curlies, but at least we get them. π
June 30, 2007 at 5:01 pm #592984Im used to expensive things these bookwyrms are Β£20 each and small
but people on ebay seem to want to pay alot more for them π they are still available from the Dragonsite at Β£20 with free postage.

Yeah, for the casual shopper that’s a lot for what is a luxury item (dust collector, if you will). Especially as folks here in the US get more and more used to cheap imported gifty items. π

That’s what I thought too. It’s really unfortunate. π

June 30, 2007 at 9:01 pm #592994The people at Durands here think that they could sell the curlies @ $50-$60. But then they are a high end store anyway and carry lots of really expensive stuff! Windstones are in the lower range for them π―
I went and did it. Spent the last of my free money from my last contract on the new curls and a Muse. π
