New Color to Replace Ruby

I know we’ve been speculating a lot about what color we think will replace Ruby, and what color we’d like to replace Ruby, but I was just wondering if you had an idea or a preference of what color WILL replace Ruby. Any hints? Clues? Timelines? (I know, timelines… ha ha ha)

I don’t know! I was going to replace it with a golden-ruby combination, but that would be too close to the color that Olimpia is now using on her spectacular pieces. I was going to try a copper-bronze color, but that too is similar to Olimpia’s …so, I don’t have any idea.
I could always do some version of the flame color…then there is Autumn Leaf, if I can ever perfect it. AL has the problem of not looking so great on some dragons. It needs lots of room to look right.
I’ll have to get back to test painting and see what appears. I want something in the warm color range, though we’ve also had many requests for silver.

I do like the Copper Mouve idea… 😆 but I also like the VF coloration… 😆

I think if Melody does a VF coloration… she needs to do the Blue VF. That color is so freakin awesome!

what about Silver with blue accents? Like the Gold with the brownish accents??
