May 23, 2008 at 12:54 am #706336welcome welcome!!
May 23, 2008 at 1:16 am #706337Welcome to the Jungle! 😉 We might growl at each other every now and then, but overall we’re a fun loving happy bunch! 😆 And yes, Windstones ARE addictive, and there is no cure.
May 23, 2008 at 1:43 am #706338Welcome!! For me personally, the Grand Black Unicorn would be my Holy Grail, there are only 8 in existance. And I would love to have a piece painted by each of the principal Windstone artists, that would be Melody Pena (our wonderful Windstone creator), Olympia Carapia (head artist at the Windstone factory) and Jennifer Miller (or Nam, her alternate name, who works for Windstone from her home). The things they create and paint are to die for and since you’ve seen the auctions, their creations are usually limited editions, or in Jen’s case OOAK.
May 23, 2008 at 2:01 am #706339Welcome! There are some rare older dinos out there to hunt! And you’ll find that the other pieces are lovely when you get a good look at them.
I always loved the dragons, because they were like cool flying lizards and dinos.May 23, 2008 at 2:42 am #706340Welcome to the group!
While hiding somewhere in my head I'm on the lookout for white oriental dragons! Please let me know if you know of any available. Thank you!

May 23, 2008 at 3:17 am #706342Welcome – On the whole you find us a very congenial group.
May 23, 2008 at 4:17 am #706343HI!!! And welcome! New people are great!
I think you should just find ones you like and collect those! There’s lots of good threads on here to start looking on.
Personally I like the Peacocks, the Black Golds, and the Rainbows (so far I have one of each,).
We’re nice people, really…. well, at least when we aren’t being growlly but thankfully that’s not very often!
May 23, 2008 at 5:19 am #706344Thanks so much for those Threads.
I guess I should have mentioned this.
My Husband started collecting cookie jars about 40 yrs ago. So I have a basement with over 1000 jars easy. Lord lost count about ten years back.
So he isnt freakin out on me about my new love of the WSE.
However, he might have to give up a few jar to make room lol.
We have both at an antique shop. So I have been keeping my eye open there for them. But like the cookie jars, years ago we bought jars for 1.00 at flea markets and yard sales , heck even in 97 when we join ebay we got great deals, I dont think the super finds are as easy to get anymore due to the interest in collecting.
But I love so many of your picture of your collections. Very nice people.May 23, 2008 at 5:24 am #706345“Another one bites the dust…..”
