Today, March 21, 2025, we have introduced two more dragons into our webstore in the Ancient Steel color: The Mother Coiled Dragon and the Hatching Kinglet Dragon. We have small numbers of these (and none of the other “royal” large hatching dragons) because Ancient Steel is a “rescue” color scheme – we have to have castings with slight imperfections and a rougher texture with which to work to get it to come out right. We do not always have every sculpture in a less-than-perfect casting for Ancient Steel (or for Copper Patina) and our painters do them up in batches as they become available. An email newsletter announcement was made today to announce these.
We have also restocked several styles of dragon in Ancient Steel: Male Dragons, Baby Dragons, Bantam Dragons, and Coiled Dragons. We have a batch of Ancient Steel Old Warriors waiting in the wings for their horns to grow in – those may be ready next week. These restocks automatically release a “back in stock” email to those who are on the waitlists for them.
