That’s why sometimes you’ll see members asking if someone lives in so and so an area and to PM them if they do, so they can arrange for someone to pick them up something. There isn’t always an advertisement of what the members wants picked up so others don’t try to take advantage of their find (because it happened occasionally when the forum first started and some members jumped on any link posted even if not directed towards them).

it is best just to ask if anyone lives in the particular area and not post the link that you found.

Yes… for the most part, the forum members don’t ‘do that’ to each other, but the true problem is that this is a fully public board and I know for a fact (I can see stats here) that we have many lurkers.
