My daughter writes poetry. Maybe I’ll see if she wants to try a few. 🙂 For now I’ve got all those critters to feed ( kids are at karete) Also my husband wants to go out and look for Bigfoot tracks. Seriously! He thinks he heard an unidentifiable sound in the woods last night. Me? I think it was a wild boar or black bear. 🙄 I’ll update y’all later 😉

I’d rather be an optimist and proven wrong, than a pessimist and proven right!
Limerick
Optimists allways look for the stars
Pessimists merely focus on scars
but both will rely on
and both wanna try on
some really cool and the fastest of carsrhyme
Pessimistic pauper is
purely out of sight
Optimistic eager is
allways to be rightSeptember 16, 2007 at 12:40 pm #523271Dragoness: What care I for human hearts? Soft and spiritless as porridge! A faerie’s heart beats fierce and free!
Human hearts are sissyfied
not even worth the bother.
A faeries heart is dignified
moreso than my own father.Says the Faerie:
A Faeries heart is wonderful!
Wild and fierce and free!
human hearts are spiritless
in comparison to me!September 16, 2007 at 1:53 pm #523272Cool!!! I love that one!!! 😀

September 16, 2007 at 8:54 pm #523275Purplecat:
Never trust a smiling catshe gently whispered, smiled and gazed
stunned I listened in awe
she quivered purred and showed me ways
she pointed with her clawwhispered teasingly, whiskers shivering
wildly pleased she left me quivering
Not at ease and notes delivering
Not believing all she wants is, ringRing that ever rounds her neck
rightfully as fish
tauntingly she teases, heck
tormenting my wishshe disappeared, she left me there
shocked with empty hat
Never shalt thou, never hear
Never trust a smiling catSeptember 16, 2007 at 8:57 pm #523276very nice 😀 😀
