LOL, me too. Though I was really disappointed when I saw your green dragon. Though mine wouldn’t have looked that good!
This green doesn’t really match many colors though. It’s hard to find another color to put on him with out over powering everything.
I’m thinking some interference blue, but it needs something else…
We’ll see. He’s taking forever!Yeah… interference blue is the only thing that looked good with the green on mine, too!

Jennifer wrote:Warning! These photos are terrible. They are just snapshots I took on my back porch (it was a balmy 16° F out there today) and don’t show the true colors. These photos are just for fun!
This guy, I think I’ll call him MossyScale. He’s nearly done- missing his pendant. He’s inspired by the look of beautiful green moss in the crisp, fresh snow. I love that look.
These two just have their white base coats, and I’ve started brushing on some shades of color. One will be pink/shell colored, and one will be shades of brown. They will look much different when complete! Sorry they don’t have eyes (I know that’s creepy to some of you!).

I don’t even know what I’m doing, I’m just letting him paint himself!
I started to go typical green dragon, but then I saw Jennifers and had to scrap the idea cause hers is how I was going to paint this one. It looks like the same color green as well. Really close anyway. So I tried something new… I’m not sure where he’s going, but I like it.Very.striking.
I.love.the.balance.of.deep.green.against.white..
What.of.Orange.interference.on.the.main.white.scaled?(back.scales.and.lower.wing.membrain.)
i.think.it.would.add.a.warm.contrast.to.the.cool.ness.if.the.green.January 23, 2008 at 8:55 pm #658662I LOVE him just the way he is right now. I wish I was better I’d LOVE do a Margi Gras dragon. Green, Gold and Purple

So much texture on these! Hand painting them is really difficult! For me anyway. -
