Yeah it’s tiny but I’m proud of it!!
I got a sitting spectral on a trade, I think with Keplilly if I’m remembering correctly
He’s a beautiful boy, and had a chip on the crest of his dorsal scales and some rubs in the same area. I decided to give it a go and I used apoxie sculpt to fill in the area, then repainted it and fixed the rubbed areas while I was at it. I’m pretty happy with how he came out, although my color matching on the green isn’t perfect, it’s close enough that I can only tell when I’m staring at it from about 5 inches away! I was delighted to find that my gold paint is a near-match for Windstone’s gold paint too! You can compare by looking at the very first scale (closest to the gem) – I didn’t touch the gold paint on that one as it wasn’t rubbed at all. The rest of the scales on the crest that you see have had the paint redone.I’ve put these pictures in pairs – the first in each pair is broken, the second is fixed.
OH! I forgot to mention that the crystal in his forehead got knocked out when I was doing the repair, and I have the feeling either my cat ate it or it fell down a vent >< I replaced it with another Swarovski crystal, this color is called "Cyclamen Opal". I thought it went well with the purple

A couple pictures of the paint detail – it’s a little bumpy because I use paint brushes so it’s never going to be perfectly smooth, but I’m happy with it
