Well here she is. I don’t personally like her. She was supposed to be a pearly white with lavender mane and tail. Oh well, my Mom likes her maybe I’ll give it to her.

She’s still pretty even if she didn’t come out the way you wanted her to. If you give her to your mom you can always try again.
I think she’s pretty. There almost seems to be a purple sheen to her coat, but that could just be me.
She is a very pale violet. I made the violet too dark so I covered it with about five layers of pearl. (I rubbed the pearl on that’s why in some pictures the pearl seems patchy.)
I’m glad you think she’s pretty. She is, I just don’t like her. I’m going to put more layers of purple on the “beads”. I’ll try to even out the pearl and then seal her and give her away.
My next might be a blood or mahogany bay. (This was just my “fun” unicorn. 😆 )

I agree, almost pinkish purple on my screen. But still beatiful for your first one, congrats! I STILL have yet to paint one…I have them here, but havent painted one yet 😕 🙁 , my medical probs are getting worse now (finally FOUND out what it was!! 😥 ), so I DONT get much painting time anymore.

Well, I’m glad they finally found out what it is (was?). I’m sorry though that it’s getting worse. I was hoping that you were feeling better.
😆 You really do need to see the colour in person. It’s really hard to discribe. (It’s violet permanent dark with alot of white and alittle bit of violet interference.) That gave it almost the same colour as the eyes. I really didn’t like it so I brushed alittle white on then rubbed it off. I liked it so I rubbed on pearl. Lots of layers of pearl. So what I ended up with is an undercolour of pinkish purple (moave my Mom calls it) with a sheen of pearl. Where I can’t reach with the pearl is left the violet colour, so it looks like shadows. Execpt where the head meets the neck it looks blotchy there.

Yea, they did…I have a neurological (sp?) disorder that affects ALL 18 Major Nerve points also known as pressure points…and it only gets worse, no cure, no clue as to what cases it…I am bout at the point where I cant even do my job anymore. I am going to have to talk to the Doctor about disability 🙁 . If you want to see what it is, go to: (cause I cant remember the name of it LOL)

I’m sorry to hear about your condition, DC – it sounds very painful. I hope your Dr(s) can help you out…
Not to hijack the thread, but I think therapeutic massage and chiropractic can help you with fibromyalgia, DC. At least relieve some of the symptoms. You may want to check into it.
