Oh yeah. You’re right. The matching dragon is going to look great. Pity you can’t take a picture of them together when he’s finished.
December 24, 2006 at 6:53 am #516256I believe somebody on the forum bought him. Maybe I’ll sell the dragon to the same person! I’m just waitin’. Waitin’ and waitin’ for green eyed and yellow eyed PYO dragons. Big or little or both. Just waitin’. Got the money in my paypal account to buy them, so I’m just, you know… waitin’.
December 24, 2006 at 7:04 am #516257I’d prefer some warm-color eyes on the PYO dragons, too. There are so many blue and bluish dragons out there now, all very pretty, but I want to do something different, and there’s not much that matches blue eyes except what’s already been done.
December 24, 2006 at 9:22 am #516258Warm colors like pink? Ha ha! Just kidding. Spark, I cant believe you are gonna try that again. Thinking about the amount of time that must have took makes my eyes cross!
December 24, 2006 at 9:25 am #516259It takes less time than you’d think, really. Not that it was quick! But doing leopards and snowy owls takes about as long.

No Ski, not pink. I can’t think of any colors that would go well with pink eyes other than white – and I don’t like albinos – pink and brown.

Ski’s got a point. How much time did the elemental take you?
December 24, 2006 at 9:48 am #516262Hmmmm… I did him over the course of a week. It’s hard to say how many hours I put into it, really. Two or three a day, probably. The base coat and fire colors didn’t take long at all, it’s the crackled lava bits that took most of it.
December 24, 2006 at 9:55 am #516263Ditto that. Same thing with Cerberus.

I cant wait to see that guy!
December 24, 2006 at 10:13 am #516265Thanks, Ski! This curiosity makes me feel really good about him, despite my finickiness on a few spots that aren’t exactly the way I want them. All he needs is the final touch-ups – at least another hour of work. I’m very proud of him. He turned out wonderfully, even if he doesn’t look according to plan.

I haven’t seen those. Now you have my curosity up just to see how bad they are.

I think they are terrible. Why would they pick these to sell over Windstones? You know…the wings are not bad…kinda pretty…its the dragon that ruins it.
December 29, 2006 at 11:13 pm #516269Lovely wings, hideous abominations of dragons. I used to have a lot of dragons like that though. If it was a dragon, it was good enough for me. Then I got my first Windstone, and things changed.
