Muse!!

I ordered two and am having them shipped to my new studio and apartment in Florida so they’ll be waiting for me when I arrive.

It seemed very appropriate 😉

I just had to get the red and orange eyes. Though it was a toss up. I wanted the blue and green as well. And, just to round up the sale threw on the new poad as well. Nothing like going all out. 😆

I received my Muse yesterday… OMG cuter than I thought!

She hardly left my hand all night! I dunno why… but it was oddly comforting to hold her… and contemplate how I’m going to paint her. 😯 I haev no idea why!

And now she’s sitting with me at work… staring squarely at me… 😯

I can’t decide if I’m going to sit down and concentrate on painting her…

Or if she’s going to sit on my desk… and get the leftover paint… rubbed off pastels etc… 😯

I Love the ODD colored eyes though! ACK CUTENESS!!! 😆

Hee! Mine came today! With Dixie cup. That make me laugh. It is adorable. I can’t decide how to paint it, but however I choose I know I’m going to have all kinds of fun with it.

I didn’t even know when Melody was sending mine. D: But she’s HERE! With the Dixie Cup with purple flowers! My dad was taking the dog out for the last time of the night and he stumbled upon the package! He thought she was cute. :>

I put one of my lovebird’s tail feathers in her beak. 😀

It occurs to me one of the things i”m looking forward to with painting the muse is the ability to do insane color combinations that I might not otherwise try on a less eclectic looking dragon or uni or gryphon, for example.

This should be interesting. 😯
