I painted one JUST like that LOL, he’s in my gallery. Sept I called mine the Phoenix Ki-Rin, because I had painted mine to look like my Phoenix tattoo (Picture of my tattoo is with the pic of the Kirin)! What a trip that that CARDS’ colors MATCH my phoenix PERFECTLY! WHOA 😯 😀 .
DragOn, I would LOVE to see what you can do with this one too! Especially since your sooo awesome with the BRIGHT colors as well 😀
One thing with the cards is there is no guarentee that they are all painted by the same artist. I know of two artists that painted MTG cards at one point, but not any longer (Nene Thomas and Ruth Thompson). The artist should be marked at the very bottom of the card in tiny text.
After I finish up my Keepers I think I might give one a shot. I think the Skyfire and the Cloudhoof one would be pretty. The black one will probably look really drab… it was an idea anyway… though I do guess I kind of thrive on bright colors 😀 hahaha
