There sadly have come a few points where I gave it some good hard thinking on giving up collecting Windstones… Susie is one of those who (unknowingly) kept me collecting 🙂 Her personal touch and kindness makes a world of a difference with this company.. and it has to take one hell of a person to handle us crazy collectors, as she takes the brunt of our demands, from the point Melody has painted something (or in the process of painting) all the way to the point of our Windstones finally showing up at our door! I know I couldn’t handle what she does <3
