Edmonton has LOTS of mature trees, especially near the river on the North side and even more so on the South side. If you go to Google Earth and look up 99 Street and 51 Avenue you will see what I mean. Rows upon rows of Post-WWII houses with trees 50 years old.

Sounds like Palm Beach County. After I moved here I found out it was on par with Miami as one of the most expensive places to live in FL. Even with house prices down it still pretty high here.
Pegasi1978 before buying in FL check out the taxes and insurance – especially the insurance because it is hard to get and HIGH.
$210,000 though, wow! Our house (which I love) on 1.3 acres, fenced, was $202,000, and it was kinda pricey for the neighborhood! The price you pay for living in a big city… 😯
