I keep meaning to come up with a new Pegasus color, but haven’t gotten to it. I really don’t like bright metallic paint on these, so I am avoiding that option, but maybe some normal color? I like appaloosa and roan because the inevitable little paint glitches look fine on them. Otherwise it would need to be pinto or a solid, opaque color like dark bay. The lighter golden colors, like palomino or buckskin look wonderful, but they are not fixable if there is a paint splat. Splats happen. I really wish there was some way to do a good dapple grey – I mean without hand painting every dapple.

Appaloosa, pinto and dark bay all sound like good options to me. I expect there would be some enthusiasm for dark fantasy colors either solid, appaloosa, or pinto. Dark blue or purple, perhaps?

I’d be so down for natural pegasus colours, especially appaloosa or pinto. Yay spots!

Those colors sound wonderful! (Especially appaloosa!!) I would be so happy to save up for a beautiful Pegasus family!

Dapple grey would be SO amazing. Maybe blue roan instead?

So many cool horse colors to choose from but a lot of the best ones would be the golden tones like dun (leg stripes!), champagne, golden champagne, cremello, perlino. Some Norwegian Fjord pegasi or unicorns would be pretty fantastic.

A grey appaloosa with red/gold wings might be splendid. Or too intense. Hard to say for sure. But we’ll love whatever pops up!

Maybe not bright metallic colours but I still think pastel colours would be pretty like pink, lavender and aquamarine!

The sooty bays were an amazing natural option. Maybe a less detailed version? A nice rich solid blood bay with only black markings?

I think all these colors sound fantastic. Whatever is easiest. I think any new color will go over well, just having a new color besides white and black would be awesome.

Ack! Don’t say that! I don’t collect hoofers, but blood bay equines are one of my biggest weaknesses…

How about roan blanket appaloosa? That’s a gorgeous combination. I’d certainly go nuts for it!
