to see what the prize of the month is. If you would like a chance to win that particular prize, send me an email with your forum name, real name and address. Put the words “January 2012 raffle” in the subject line:

Hey Melody! I was wondering something about the raffles… a gray area Jennifer wasn’t sure about XD

If I were to win a raffle, but wanted to gift it to another forum member I felt deserved it more than myself.
Question 1.) Can they be gifted the raffle prize if they’ve won the raffle before? (‘n open up my eligibility for future raffles as well)
Question 2.) Can they still enter future raffles if I gift them my raffle prize? (If they were still eligible before I gifted it to them)

Yes to both. If you give your raffle prize away, (or sell it and donate the proceeds to a worthy cause;such as a charity, or to help out a fellow creature) you can enter future raffles.
The recipient of your gift can still enter future raffles. (I just now made this rule up.)
