Missing felt and tag…

Is there anyway to get a replacement felt piece for my baby Kirin, i have had the family since 2004, and he is the only one who has lost his…any advice?

I would check with Susie, replacer of all felt pads, and see if she has one.

If I’m not mistaken, felt pads for production pieces can’t be replaced. As far as I understand it, this may be to help prevent certain copyright issues. This isn’t to say that any one of us is untrustworthy, I just think it may be “house policy” ><

I do know that if you lose one for a PYO piece Susie will send one out to you though, as I have had this happen before 🙂
