Anyone else not getting updates via their email?
I am having to actively look up the last subjects I commented on in order to track responses. For some reason the only email notices I am getting is for private messages.
Anyone else having this issue?

KyrinYeah, I brought it up. Snap says its because there is no way to ‘unwatch’ a topic, I think? I am watching over 2000 topics and he said there is no reason to have that option. I like it, but I guess its clogging up the server. I dont even get messages for my PMs now, though.
There is a way to unwatch a topic. There is a link at the bottom of the screen that was “Watch this topic for responses/Stop watching this topic”. If you want responses click the “Watch for” if you don’t click “Stop watching.”
Snapdragon had to turn the option off for everyone so if you want to watch a topic now you have to choose the option at the bottom of a topic. He explained this in this thread.
And ski you might want to go see if your option to receive emails when you receive a PM has been turned off in your profile.

My art: featherdust.comIt’s easy to miss announcements since that part of the forum is locked so it doesn’t change icons when a new topic/reply has been added. I know I’ve missed an announcement or two of my own. If it wasn’t for forum members mentioning something I wouldn’t have looked.

When Snap fixed the problem the other day, it was my understanding that all topics automatically were changed to ‘stop watching this topic’. I had to go back and set the ones that I really wanted to watch by selecting the ‘watch this topic’ option on the bottom left of the screen. So I don’t think this could be your email problem. I wonder if it has something to do with your Mail being too full? Do you have a lot of saved PMs? MS Outlook does strange things with it reaches it’s email limit. 😕
Maybe it is being turned to spam for some reason? 😕 Its not a huge deal… I come here every day anyway! 😆
Everyone’s watch list was cleared. You can verify that by clicking “View my watched topics” on the main page.
You can manually add watchables as described.
Ski your PM notification is on, check your spam folder, or put @windstoneeditions.com into your white list. We already confirmed that you are able to get email from the server.
