You need to take a break. Seriously.
See if you can have at least a day off to get out of there, sign up for a kickboxing session or run around the block or something and let some steam out. That way, when you get back, you can just ignore him and keep your job until such a time you decide to leave for another one (if that’s what you want to do).

I’m actually really hurt because our Human Resources manager, Loretta, was here too and Ryan told me in our little meeting that she is aware of the situation and feels for my situation but understands policies and procedures called for, blah blah blah. Well, my point is that he made it sound like she cared and he did as well, then she walked right by me when I was all red eyed and puffy faced and just smiled at me and said “hi, how ya doing?” as she passed in that kind of manner where she didn’t expect a responce from me. It was just like a “Hi there, hope your having a good day” and kept walking and didn’t even ask me what was wrong or how we’re planning to cope with it. Not even a “how ya doing? are you going to be okay?” Not even acknowledged… This place is just horrible…and the people who work here are worse.
Even in the lunch room I heard a few snickers and giggles from people as they looked at me or passed by from coworkers who aren’t fond of Shaun. I hate just sitting here and shutting my mouth and acting like I can’t hear them. Most people are being nice about it though, but the few who are laughing about it…. I don’t want to give them the satisfaction of seeing me cry.

I’m home now, but I had a slight vertigo-ish spell while driving home. Not a really bad one, I think it was just from stress. I had to pull over for a little bit, but I’m finally home now. Thank god I have tomorrow OFF from there. I am going to put in some extra hours at the restaurant though due to the circumstances then I’m back to the Depot on Saturday. UGH!
Shaun has an interview already tomorrow at least. I’m crossing my fingers and trying to hope for the best.

Well, although the girl at Lowe’s has heard of Ryan, and not very good things, they really don’t have a place for him right now. They will call if anything changes. *sigh*
We just drove all around town applying all over the place after sitting at the unemployment office for 3 hours!
This whole thing is a nightmare.
I really don’t think jelly beans would work. I need to just find Ryan in a dark alley and put my truck into 4 wheel drive. 👿
