Here is my rather crappy tree this year. I just didn’t have the heart energy or time to pull out my regular tree, so I bought this too tiny one at Walmart. Didn’t realize how very flimsy the branches would be, so not much can go on it. But it does fit perfectly in the spot I had Big Momma in. I will (eventually sigh) be making a harness for the horse to pull the sleigh.

Merry Christmas! Here’s my tree. It’s a mix of traditional looking ornaments and then these odd things that have nothing to do with Christmas but bring me joy anyway

I just love seeing everyone’s weird ornaments! Here is our tree this year. It has a fine ufo ornament, a Breyer light globe on top, a dumpster fire ornament, a bunch of fish and silk horses, and a Christmas rat.

Now I desperately want to give dumpster fire ornaments to all my friends. I didn’t even know such things existed. Thank you human ingenuity.

I had to make this one! I found an existing plastic dumpster online and added rust, stickers, dirt, more rust, and crud to it to look just like the one at Windstone. Then added the fire with tissue paper and a Christmas tree light stuck in the back.

WHOA!! Dumpster fire ornaments DO exist!! I just found some online!-and I went to all that trouble to make one. Now I need more. omygosh -there are TONS of them! Just google dumpster fire ornaments! (they almost all say 2020 on them)
