oh how furiating! you need my mom making phone calls. it is funny when some one wrongly charges us, she spends the whole day making phone calls and she knows how to get results. I would never want to be the person at the end of that phone when she is upset.

Ugh, I’m sorry to hear this, Griffiness 🙁 Commercials for banks and credit card companies seem to imply that annoyances like these will be easily taken care, but they never are 😥 I hope it gets less frustrating.
That’s never happened to me. The post office requires duty to be paid in cash, right there and then. No dealing with banks. With UPS, you can pay by credit card when they deliver.

Mum got a phone call this morning from some one in charge! And she blew her top! She said i was expecting another parcel (Rainbow mother from Dragoness)and if he didn’t sort it out before it arrived she was not going to let me pay the customs on it ha ha 😆 he just continued to say it has nothing to do with the parcel people and he was sorting something out today…….. 🙁 Mum got another phone call whilst i was at college and he has agreed to refund the money into my account 😀 I have yet to see it go in though…..
So yay and im never paying them money over the internet again. I’ll do it by phone much safer 😀
The good news is that she knows i love all my Dragons and she said she wasn’t abound to stop me importing them as she knows how much they mean to me 8) (She was just in a bad mood the other night)
I’m so glad you are getting your money back. We have to pay cash upfront for customs. I think the PO by me is getting debit but I’d rather pay cash anyways.
Ide pay cash but they don’t send the parcel untill its payed and the depo is 2 hours away so i can’t really 🙁
