But I’m all in favor of alternative energy sources, so I just pass instead of cuss. 😆A little off subject…but I saw Mythbusters, where they were testing gasoline saving myths, and one of them was true! They ran a diesel engine on used french fry oil….no kidding! 😯 😯
For how long? That can’t be too nice the engine.
(Not that I understand a whole lot about motors, but still.)They ran it for around half an hour I believe…til a full liter of it ran out. I was in shock…..seeing it work. Plus the engine was running really well…no stuttering or irregularity in the sound.
they also had an oil to fuel biofuel converter on the engine they only cost around 200 bucks but only work on diesle engines , you cant put it straight into the gas tank or your car will die
