One of my cats, Sega, had been MIA for a week. She showed up yesterday morning barely able to breath! I took her to the vet right away. Unfortunetly I had to go to work. I finally heard from the vet at 3pm. She had severe phnemonia! She had been fine! She was a rescue cat I got over 7yrs ago so I had no idea how old she was. The vet figured about 17. She said she would never survive the treatment and would just be miserable so I had to put her down. I brought her home and buried her on my back hillside and planted a tree with her. After work I had to stop and feed my bosses cats and one of them looks just like Sega. Needless to say I bawled my eyes out. She was a sweet kitty and I will miss her.

I’m glad that she found her way home to you though, so you could know where she was and be able to ease her suffering *hugs*I’m so sorry, wolflodge. These last couple days just haven’t been good ones for our furry babies at all
*big hugs* At least you made sure she didn’t suffer any more than she had to.I am sorry too. I know how that hurts.
We adopted a stray that turned out to have diabetes. I’m glad she came home to be with you before she passed. Planting the tree is a lovely idea.
