Hey everyone. First post so I hope this doesn’t break any of the forum rules. I am looking to purchase some Peacock dragons (not emerald peacock, but the retired versions) and was wondering if anyone had some they would be willing to part with. I am just starting my collection so i am looking for any of them, the only catch is that i would like them to be as close to mint condition as possible. Price is negotiable. I understand because these are retired they are difficult to find, but they still have to be within reason. thanks everyone!
quick edit. you can either send me a message on here or (and this is better) shoot me an email at jherzog01@yahoo.com. thanks again.
August 9, 2010 at 8:03 pm #823979I don’t think the peacocks are that hard to find, actually. Check out the Flea market; I believe a few people had some peacocks up for sale, no?
Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

August 10, 2010 at 2:55 am #823982Hey guys, wow there were a lot of posts/e-mails. Within an hour of posting I actually had someone in my area contact me who has 11 dragons (peacock of course) and several statues of which I am now the proud owner. Thanks everyone.
August 10, 2010 at 3:00 am #823983WOW congrats! What a response 🙂 Be sure to post pictures when you can!
August 11, 2010 at 12:37 am #823984That’s awesome! My first 5 dragons were in the peacock color. Hope you enjoy them greatly! 🙂
March 26, 2011 at 7:13 am #840753Do you know if there was a Windstone Male Dragon (Peacock) [503P]. They stopped making that color in 2006. …and I just broke one I’d had for 25 years. 🙁
March 26, 2011 at 7:19 am #840754Hi mmloda! I’m looking for a Windstone Male Dragon (Peacock) [503-P]. They stopped making that color in 2006. I just accidentally broke the one I had to pieces. And I’ve gotta get one back. It’s too sentimental.

Where is your area?
March 26, 2011 at 9:44 am #840757Hi Vicki,
First, welcome to the forum (I also extend a welcome to jherzog01). It is a real shame about your male dragon. If he is not too badly broken, perhaps he can be fixed. I have seen some very badly damaged Windstones brought back from the brink of death! It is always sad to break something so beautiful and sentimental.
As for a replacement, have you checked out ebay? There are peacock dragons there all the time, and you should be able pick one up for under $100 (there are a few priced very high on there as well, but those don’t tend to sell due to said price). There is the forum as well as you have already noticed! You shouldn’t have too much trouble locating one!
To jherzog01, congratulations on starting out your collection. You are now probably a windstone addict, and if you aren’t yet you will soon be! One (or 2 or 3….) is never enough! Especially when the very talented Melody tempts us with her creations! 😀
March 27, 2011 at 1:33 am #840802I’m glad to hear you were able to get some of the peoacock dragons you were you looking for! I actually don’t have the male, the only one I have in Peacock is the Emperor Dragon!
