I think they’d have better luck selling individually. It’d be a lot to keep track of individually though.

$1000 shipping O.O ouchies. But if you’re willing to pay 20k for it in the first place, what’s 1k more? 🙂

The only Windstone I see in the pictures is a Peacock Male.

i see a lot of junk there too. The Dragon lamp you can get at Spencers for 20 bucks also the dragon with the sword is something at Spencers , matter of fact i have seen a bunch of this at the New Age store for only a few dollars. The LOTR stuff is going for really cheap even on sites like SideShow Collectibles. I just dont see this selling at that kind of price with the economy the way it is.

A couple of those are cool (reign of fire head, that big black knight guy, etc) but there is no way that is all going to get sold.
They should sell them individually. Example, I would NEVER want those faeries, and even if I wanted every single other thing I still wouldn’t bid because of those faeries.

I saw this when they first put it up… and it was only 9,999.. but now it’s 19,999 and the shipping jumped too..

Honestly it looks like a bunch of junk to me.. and I didn’t notice any Windstones at all.. but either way.. I wouldn’t pay that much.. even if I had it.. but that’s just me..

She might do well to at least sell them in lots by the maker.

Twenty grand = a new(ish) car, a kids college fund, or the start of a business. With 200ish items being mentioned, that averages to around $100 an item which seems a wee bit steep, even in good times. 😕

But it’s probably worth keeping an eye on, just in case something changes. She mentioned more pics and a complete list becoming available. And if they change their mind and decide to break it into smaller more specific lots with far lower starting bids, that could become interesting.

Alot of them are stuff you can get at San Fransisco (the store that you find in every mall – at least here anyway) for about $10 each (At most)….

Exactly. But listing each of those pieces seperately would be a daunting job, so I guess they figured they’d try selling the lot. 🙄
