Cute as anything but I also worry about those genetic problems. Was it meant to be for a horse to be that small? They look good for hugging and stuff and I wonder about their temperament. I’ve heard that smaller horses tend to be meaner–short man syndrome? Oh well, they’re cute–maybe our horse experts on the forum can give insight!
No matter what their size, they are still horses, and behave just like their full sized cousins. So they still require training and proper handling. Most people do the “Awww, isn’t he *CUTE*” thing and forget to discipline the animal, which can lead to the “small spoiled dog syndrome”….IOW, a four footed little tyrant. And they may be small, but the hooves are still hard and I’d be willing to bet they still hurt when you get nailed in the shin by one. 😉
