I’m actually not sure! It’s hard to measure them once they are glued in. Hmm!

The PYO Hens are now available in our store! http://windstoneeditions.com/shop/paint-your-owns/paint-your-own-hen/
The eyes are 4 millimeter – the same size as for the PYO Hippocampus and the PYO Winged Wolf. We’ve added some un-pictured colors to the list of choices (and will add them to the Hippocampus and Wolf as well). Eventually we’ll have a new picture of eye color choices. The new color choices are not offered in all PYO eye sizes.

The eyes Jennifer used in her Hen are the “Light Orange” color which is a little metallic. We also have “dark orange” which is a wee bit darker and not metallic. They are 4 millimeter just like the PYO Winged Wolf and the PYO Hippocampus.

AAAH! These are fantastic! And they’ve got a glower on that is just like our broody hens: couldn’t be more fitting for this time of year. I just went a little nuts in the Store. And I wish I’d paused to read this thread; I might have chosen the light orange eyes instead of the dark orange. But then again, odds are good I’ll be buying more sometime. 😛

The hard part will be choosing which birds to portrait ….
