Yeah…I like the BIN thing through ebay….I guess it wouldn’t hurt to ask if the seller would go for that before anything else, I emailed the selleer last night about the shipping before I decide on it and I haven’t heard back yet…we’ll see what the response will be, cause i know that it was mentioned on here that the shipping was really high 😯

That’s almost as much as it would cost to ship to me! (Right, emerald?)

Im on the same train of thought. Im willing to bet that the dragon will show up again on ebay at some point. Im pretty sure the cost of shipping is what threw everyone off from even bidding the first couple times around. I know it’s cement but if you can reduce that shipping cost (and there are ways), that would help her sell.
If she did lower it a bit, she might get close to what she is believing she wants but I dont think it will go over $400. It’s cute, but I cant see spending that on this dragon. Id rather put that money towards a special WE auction, or LE/LP in store only OW or Lap or some bigger dragon. Or, buy 2 Windstones with the $400.
Im sure if it’s ever relisted, we’ll hear about it. Oh, I just remembered that she may not have gotten much traffic in her auction (I said this before) because she failed to mention Windstone or Pena in her item title. She did in the description, and if I remember right, shes new to ebay. But you really have to think about the most important keywords when listing something.

I got skivvied about the auction after I had been emailing the seller (at their request) and suggested they should edit the auction to make the shipping right, which they said they would do and also that they would email me with an updated shipping quote to Canada, neither of which they did. I am thinking they kept the shipping cost so high in the hopes that even if the winning bid was only $50, they could still get their money’s worth from the shipping. But I wonder, if an auction’s auto-calculator tells you one shipping cost and the auction says another, which one are they obligated to go by?

Not a good sign…imagine how long you would be waiting to get the dragon…

Nope not yet…maybe they afe just ignoring me now..I dunno….It does sound like a scam tho and since they have not replied to me at all yet, they probably just decided to keep him and maybe put him up on ebay again in the future.
But if I do hear anything from them I will let you know. 🙂Marzena

You get people like that on Ebay sometimes, hoping to make a fortune on rare items heh heh.
