the black on the lava looks just like the images in nation geographic mags when they have pictures of the lava flow coming down and cooling off.

I’ve got the clear coat on him, so he’s all done now!
I’m starting a ki-rin today that I’ll probably end up ebaying when it’s done. I’d do another dragon, it’d probably sell better (dragons + lava = win) but these are for fun too, and it’d be boring to do the exact same thing again so soon.
maybe you could do the lava design with other colors besides firey ones under it and black on top. like with browns underneath and green on top, to make it look foresty.

Well, he’s got his base coat on, but I’ve no time to work on him today, I have too much to do! Sometime this week, maybe.
