Man, that sucks…twice in a row? =( *pats* I’ve never had any broken Windstones (knock on wood), so I know there are sellers out there who know how to pack. = You just have to breathe down some of their necks a bit…and always ask/show them the tutorial before bidding. >.> To make sure they’re willing to do it right.

I did email them with my concerns on packing and they assured me that they would pack it very well.
        What else can you do?
        Did you see the packing?
OMG! Wrapped once in bubble and layed in a box with half wadded paper.

Unbelievable. The poor thing must of bounced around in that box all the way here. 🙁

*comforts* 🙁 I’m sorry for your loss. t.t It sucks when a seller doesn’t get it or is just too lazy to do it right. Will you have Kyrin fix him?

          #715000

When I pack, I gently shake the box to see if it moves at all. If it does, then it gets repacked until it doesn’t.

*knocks on wood* I hope that griff I sold to someone in PA gets it in one piece!

Ouch on two in a row, that’s harsh!

          #715001

I pack the hell outta them all. 😈 I pack them into their inner boxes like crazy, and then after they get packed and wedged into the larger box I shake the hell outta it and make sure they could drop kick it off the USPS trucks. I got tired of them always damaging stuff. Now, Loni says they could blow it up with a stick of dynamite and it wouldn’t do anything but scuff the outside box. 😆
You know when you can’t even hear the peanuts shifting against eachother that the package is “just right”. LOL

Yes, It looks like I now have 2 for the great Kyrin to do the magic on. 🙂 🙂
I havent got a reply from seller “isoldit” on the insurance yet, but it’s only been one day. Patience, I must have patience. 🙄

If you need it, take some pics for me and I can write you up a formal estimate you can forward to the seller for refund of repairs.

Thanks Kyrin. They want it back to check for a security mark. I don’t even want to look for that.
I would hope they wouldn’t visibly mark a collectable.

I got one of the round sandy looking kitties, I forget their names, Tiger maybe? It has a “security” mark on it. I want some alcohol dammit. It gets rid of that horrible security mark. It’s an H on the front! *whine* But the seller didn’t put it on there, I had to call bloody Florida to confirm, so, meh.

Oh, Kyrin, I am just sick! I now have TWO busted up large wizards! In a row, in a week already!!! And broken in the same place on both of them! And one came packed in some hard pieces of bubble stuff and WRAPPED IN A TEESHIRT!! And the seller is outraged and wants detailed pictures and a detailed denial of the insurance claim by the PO because in his “research” neither ebay nor the PO has clear explicit detailed packing requirements so they should have to pay the claim and not to let them push me around. Are we having fun yet? Anyway, the other green emerald dragon with the bustedup nose dispute got settled in my favor, so I will be sending him and his poor broken nose to you soon. I want to get all these poor ole bustedup Windstone disputes resolved and then send them to you and then I hope no more of them will have to go to Idaho for the summer. I am so TIRED!! of getting busted up Windstones!!! If these sellers can’t pack’em, then don’t sell’em!!! If they want to sell’em, LEARN HOW TO PACK’EM!!!! There’s my rant for the night!!! 😈 👿
Anyway, I’m so very glad we have you to turn to in our hours of need!! Thank you so very much!! More later.

Will you be selling the broken one?

Yes, I am having Kyrin fix it then I will sell it as repaired. From what I here,I’m sure one would not be able to tell after the work is done.

I still need a curled peacock. Original box and w/tag would be what I am looking for. 😀
