I had to put my baby down last night/this morning? He woke up screaming in neurological fit and it kept coming and coming. It was pretty awful. We took him to the vet who met us at the clinic at 4:30 am, and ended his suffering. 🙁

Setsuna, I am SO sorry to hear about the loss of Koda. How old was he? I know that however long his life was, that the time he spent with you was the happiest time in his life.
It takes a lot of love to make that choice, but there is no pain for Koda anymore. I’m so sorry that you had to go through that. I think you did the right thing, even though your heart is hurting. Hugs and more hugs.

Oh dear, I am so sorry 🙁 Was he the husky in your avatar? Maybe he can go find Tundra and they can play together till you and I get up there eh? I’m sorry that must have been rough on you to see him in so much pain, and to have to make that call. But you did the right thing for him, as I did for my baby…its the last selfless act we can do for them. My heart aches with yours, and for your loss…
I’m so sorry, hun. 🙁 It’s good that you were able to be strong and send him to a better place though. It’s a very hard decision, but it was the merciful thing to do. If he were here (and could talk) I’m sure he’d thank you for bringing him peace, and for the wonderful life he led with you. *hugs*
